How to Use This Feature

  1. Make or receive a call in your account mobile app.

  2. On the call end screen (or in the post-call view), you will see a list of all your custom dispositions.

  3. Choose one outcome (e.g., Follow Up, Qualified, etc.).

  4. If you see a notice about account mismatch, tap “Switch” and change to the call’s account, then select the disposition.

  5. To automate next steps, open Workflows (web) and add the Custom Disposition filter to your triggers or conditions.

  6. Use your reporting views to analyze outcomes (conversion, speed-to-follow-up, pipeline movement) across teams and timeframes.


Mobile-Specific Notes

  • Account Matching Required: Dispositions appear only when your selected account matches the call’s location. Because the app can receive calls across multiple accounts, cross-account dispositions aren’t supported. If needed, tap “Switch” on the call end screen to move to the correct account and then apply the disposition.
